Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment and the remainder of the payment at check-in.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Payments via credit card will be charged upon receipt of the reservation by email.

Cancellation Policies
For reservation cancellation requests, the following policy will be adopted, depending on the number of days prior to the guest's scheduled check-in date:
a) less than 14 days, the advance amount paid or a fine of 50% of the total daily rate will not be refunded;
b) exceeding 15 days, the amount equivalent to 100% of the advance will be returned. If payment was made by card, we will deduct 5% of card fees;
c) Law 8,078 of the Consumer Protection Code in its article 49, informs that the consumer has a period of 7 days, after payment of the reservation, to make a formal request to regret the purchase, to have a refund of the amount paid.
