Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After booking, 50% of your reservation will be charged. If you choose to pay in installments, you will be charged 100%.
Cancellation Policies
According to the Consumer Protection Code, cancellation made up to 7 days after booking, if any payment is made, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting only the card fee, if any, and any fee charged by financial institutions for the return is made. In times of Pandemic, we are not charging any penalty for cancellations made up to 1 day before check in. This rule is valid for cancellations until December 10, 2020.
