Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee the reservation, 100% payment is requested by deposit to our bank accounts, non-face-to-face payment with a credit card or Payu link for debit card payments.
Cancellation Policies
Reservation postponement: Reservations must be postponed 72 hours before check-in. When the new reservation date is established, the rate corresponding to the new date will be applied and additional charges will be reported.
Payment: The client must pay the total price in advance at any time, either by bank transfer to our accounts, payment by credit card or request for a PAYU link for payment by debit card.
No refunds, non-refundable rates.
