Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee the reservation, 100% payment is requested by deposit to our bank accounts, non-face-to-face payment with a credit card or Payu link for debit card payments.
Cancellation Policies
Reservation postponement: To postpone reservations, this must be informed 72 hours before check-in. When the date of the new reservation is established, the rate corresponding to the new date will be applied and you will be informed if there are additional values.
Payment: The client will have to pay the total price in advance at any time either by bank transfer to our accounts, payment by credit card or request for a PAYU link for payment by debit card.
No refunds, non-refundable rates.
