Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee confirmation of your reservation, 100% payment will be required for your accommodation package. The charge will occur when your reservation is made automatically via credit card.
Installments are available for payments with a minimum value of R$500.00 per installment (in up to 3 installments), we accept the main brands.

Cancellation Policies
Reservation cancellation requests must be made via email [email protected]. Free cancellation is valid within 7 days of making the reservation, if not within the deadline a fine of 50% will be deducted from the total value of the reservation.
Attention: After 7 days after booking, if we do not receive a response from the guest with proof of payment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
For no-shows, 100% of the total package price will be charged;
For cancellations before the check out date, that is, during the stay, 100% of the total package value will be charged.
