Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to secure the apartment block.

Payment can also be made via credit card. In that case request form or link for payment via Pagseguro or Paypal.
If the payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation allowed up to 30 days before check-in with a fine of 50% of the total amount.
From 29 days until the check-in date, the fine for cancellation or no-show is 100% of the reservation value.
