Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total reservation price within 15 days prior to arrival. This amount is not refundable under any circumstances and serves as a guarantee for blocking the apartment(s).
Free cancellation of the full reservation is up to 15 days before check-in, WHEN THERE IS NO ADVANCE PAYMENT.
In case of need to change the reservation, this is subject to availability and values may be adjusted.

In case of no-show, withdrawal or cancellation without prior notice, the reservation is considered a no-show.
