- If the guest does not make the prepayment within 24 hours after confirming the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled;
- Reservation confirmation will be upon payment of 100% of the first night's stay made via bank transfer:

- The transfer must be made within 24 hours of booking.
- The balance of the daily rates must be paid at the hotel, upon check-in

* Payment via credit card
- Reservation confirmation will be upon payment of 100% of the first night deducted from your CASH card;
- For payment in installments, the remaining amount will be deducted up to 7 days before check-in;
- Proof of payment will be sent via email and WhatsApp along with a debit/credit authorization letter;
- The customer must present the same card used for the advance purchase at check-in;

Cancellation Policies

- NON-REFUNDABLE PROMOTIONAL RATE.

In case of cancellation, the amount paid in advance cannot be refunded and there will be no accommodation credit.

Only requests made up to 7 days after the date of purchase will be refunded, which includes the repentance period, in accordance with consumer rights.
