Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To pay by deposit, please contact the hotel.
For reservations made 7 days or less before the check-in date, prepayment of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the apartment is blocked.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY: We do not accept third-party credit cards and virtual cards as a method of payment for the reservation. For security reasons, we request that the credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT POLICY:
- Up to 7 (seven) days after purchase: Free cancellation;
- Up to 15 (fifteen) days before check-in: Fine of 50% of the total reservation value;
- Less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to check-in: Fine of 100% of the total reservation amount.
CLARIFICATION: After Check-in, there will be no refund of paid nights, for any reason not used. In the case of a no show, a 100% fine will be charged. Prepayment must be made in full at the time of booking, regardless of the date of cancellation without charge.
