Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total amount of accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of Reservations:
. The guest must pay 30% of the total price in case of cancellation or rebooking after the reservation, and 100% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival.

. The guest will not be entitled to refund or credit for packages of SPECIAL DATES OR HOLIDAYS.
