After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If the payment is not identified by the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check in. After this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged. 100% payment will be taken at the time of booking. No show is charged 100% of the reservation.
