Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If the payment is not identified by the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without charge up to 7 days before the check in date, cancellations after that time will be charged the amount of 50% of the reservation. No-show is charged 100% of the reservation.
