Cancellation Policies

* Requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated directly and exclusively to the reservations sector via email: [email protected]

·Cancellations made within 7 days of making the reservation will have the amount fully refunded, as provided for in art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code;
·Cancellations made before 14 days of the check-in date will have the amount already paid refunded;
·Cancellations made 14 days in advance or less of the check-in date will have 50% of the total reservation amount retained as a fine and the balance refunded;
Cancellations made 7 days or less from the check-in date will incur the full amount as a fine.
·In cases of no-show or early departure, the full cost of accommodation will be charged, in accordance with normative deliberation 429 of April 23, 2002.
