Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation, direct payment at the hotel.
Cancellation Policies
30 days before check-in, cancellation will be free of charge;
From 29 days after check-in, the customer will not be refunded, subject to cancellation or change;
The customer agrees, when making the reservation with guarantee, that the reserved periods are due in full, regardless of no show or early departure for any reasons;
In case of partial and/or total non-use of the reservation for any reason, including natural events, catastrophes, strikes, illnesses, deaths of any degree of kinship, the guest agrees that there will be no refund of the reservation value;
If the guest fails to comply with the rules, the Company reserves the right to cancel the accommodation contract, with the consequent removal of the guest from the establishment, including, if necessary, with the assistance of local security agencies;
The solution of omitted cases in this accommodation contract will be the responsibility of the hotel management, in accordance with applicable legislation;
This contract is irrevocable and irreversible, with the jurisdiction of the District of VALENCIA/BA being elected to resolve any disputes arising from this contract.
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 30 days before the check in date, cancellations after this deadline will be charged as follows: 50% fee on the amount paid between the 29 days prior to check in; 100% fee on the amount paid between the 15 days prior to check-in; 100% no show fee and cancellations 48 hours prior to check-in. The reserved periods are due in full, regardless of whether on show or early departure for any reason.
