Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
METHODS OF PAYMENT, RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND NO SHOW GUARANTEE: • Reservations will be confirmed upon prior payment to Flor de Lis Exclusive Hotel, in the amount corresponding to 100% of the total daily contracted by credit card. - 1 daily, total in 1x on the card. - 2 and 3 daily, total up to 3x on the card. - 4 nights or more, total up to 6 installments on the card. • Holidays, Carnival and New Year's Eve, total payment up to 6 installments. In case of cancellation the payment will be non-refundable. • We accept credit cards: AMEX, MASTERCARD, VISA and ELLO.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS:
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent directly to our reservations department: [email protected]
• New Year's Eve, Christmas, Carnival, and National Holidays are non-refundable. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.
AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS: • All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent directly to our reservations department: [email protected] • Cancellations or changes of reservations with more than 30 days of check-in: no generates a charge or a fine, the amount paid will be refunded in full deducted from the transaction fees, or may generate personal credit for later lodging. • Cancellations or changes of reservations from 30 to 15 days of check-in: A fee of 50% will be charged on the deposit amount. • Cancellations or changes of reservations with less than 15 days, full deposit will be charged as a penalty. • If the guest presents NO-SHOW, the amounts will be charged in full, without reimbursement.
