Cancellation Policies
Amount charged for booking confirmation will not be refunded in case of no-show or cancellation request.
Force majeure: Cancellations for justified reasons must be sent in writing accompanied by appropriate proof to the email [email protected]. No cancellation fee will be applied and the amount paid can be used for an alternative date within a period of up to 6 months at the same hotel.
