Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. THE CARD AND DOCUMENTATION OF THE CARD HOLDER WHO MADE THE RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO BE VALID
OR THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE VALID - IT WILL BE CANCELED AND ANOTHER PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AGAIN WITH THE DUE VERIFICATIONS ON CHEKIN. Daily rate with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Drinks and extra consumption (horse riding, massage, carriage, bicycle, tricycle and tree climbing) will be paid according to consumption at check out.
DRINKS ONLY THOSE SOLD AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE CORKS FOR EACH DRINK CONSUMED THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED AT THE HOTEL.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the check-in date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will incur a fine equivalent to 1 (one) night's stay, without prior notice. The remaining credit may be used within 6 months, subject to availability, with the exception of high season and holidays.
For Christmas, New Year's and Carnival packages, cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will incur a fine of 100% of the reservation value.
Changes or modifications to reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the check-in date will be subject to a change fee equivalent to 1 (one) night's stay.
PAYMENT METHODS: The payment method must be chosen at the time of purchase. The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours after purchase, in case of overbooking or system error.
DEPOSIT POLICIES: After confirming your reservation, you must make a deposit of 100% of the total amount within 48 hours to secure your apartment. If payment is not received within this period, your reservation may be cancelled without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD POLICIES: At check-in, you must present the credit card used for the purchase, along with the cardholder's documentation. If the cardholder is not among the guests, the payment will be refunded and a new charge will be made to a card with proven ownership.
