Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/1/2020 - 1/3/2021

This Cancellation Policy will be in force throughout the pandemic period caused by the New Corona Virus (Covid-19)!

We will return to our original policies after the end of the state of public calamity recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of 2020.

Cancellation Policy based on Provisional Measure No. 948, of April 8, 2020 and Normative Deliberation No. 165/95 of Embratur:

Article 1 of Provisional Measure No. 948, of April 8, 2020, provides for the cancellation of services, reservations and events in the tourism and culture sectors, due to the state of public calamity recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of March 20, 2020, and the public health emergency of international importance arising from the coronavirus (covid-19).

1. Reservation Cancellation:

According to Article 2, of Provisional Measure No. 948, of April 8, 2020, in the case of cancellation of reservations, amounts paid by the guest will not be refunded, the following will be offered:

(a) rescheduling without additional cost, fine or fee and without price adjustment for a period of 12 months;

(b) provision of credit for use or discount on purchase for use for up to 24 months;

(c) full refund with payment to be made within 12 months, counting from the date of end of the state of public calamity recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of March 20, 2020

two . Early Departure: In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, the debt amount must be paid in full.

3. Withdrawal without cancellation: “no show”

4. Failure to show up without prior written communication within the deadlines described in this document, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no-show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 12 hours, starting from the entry time.

5. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RESERVATION OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER DATE.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY:
6. Canceling your stay after checking in, upon entering the hotel, as well as leaving early, mainly due to a change in weather, or for any other reason WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH OR REFUND CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.


DATE CHANGE:
7. On special dates, we will not make changes, especially in New Year's Eve, Carnival, LONG HOLIDAYS and FESTIVE DATES packages, except in the case of a state of public calamity, Covid-19

8. If there is partial cancellation of the contracted days and the customer is inside the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.

9. If there is an outstanding balance for the contracted package, the customer must pay it by check out.

RESERVATIONS:

9. Up to 15 (FIFTEEN) days prior to the date of accommodation, the guest will have credit (accommodation) for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.
10. Less than 7 (Seven) days prior to the accommodation date, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation).
11. All outstanding Credit must be used within 90 (ninety) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
12. If there is partial cancellation of the contracted days and the customer is inside the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.
13. If there is an outstanding balance for the contracted package, the customer must pay it by check out.
