Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The full amount of the daily rate will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation via credit card. Extra expenses must be paid in cash at check out.
We pay in up to 6 interest-free installments on VISA and MASTERCARD cards, with minimum installments of R$500.00.


- IMPORTANT: Payment by credit card only by the reservation holder, with presentation of the credit card at check in.
(In case of loss/theft, you must be notified in advance and informed and/or presented the police report).

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel or change your reservation up to 5 days before check-in, no fees will be charged. If you cancel or change after the deadline stated above, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the accommodation.
