Deposit / Guarantee Policies

FORM OF PAYMENT:
- The reservation is only confirmed upon advance payment of the total daily rate through bank deposit, DOC, TED (bank details below) within 48 hours after making the reservation.

After the transaction, we request that the receipt be sent to "[email protected]" for credit analysis with the financial sector and confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation/Modification Policies:
The client is aware of and agrees to this policy from the moment they make their reservation through prepayment of the contracted daily rates. In the case of reservations mediated by a travel agency or tour operator, that company is responsible for informing its clients of this policy.

Changes or cancellations up to 60 days before the guest's arrival will receive a full refund. This is due to the difficulty of rescheduling reservations with less than 60 days' notice before the check-in date.

* A penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged for cancellations/changes made less than 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days prior to the check-in date;
* A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged for cancellations/changes made 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the check-in date;

* For reservations that include national, state, or municipal holidays determined by law, a penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation/change 60 (sixty) days or less before the check-in date.

* In case of no-show by the consumer without prior notice of cancellation/change, the full amount of the reservation will be charged;

In the case of payment for the reservation made via credit card, Teju-Açu Ecopousada reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be refunded to the guest (cardholder) the administration fees charged by the card administrators.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the client who makes reservations through electronic means (internet or telephone) may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days after the date of confirmation of the reservation, with full reimbursement of the amounts paid, provided that the cancellation request is made before the start of the stay.
