- Payment deadline is up to 2 business days after the reservation request.
- Payment will only be valid if made in full via bank transfer 50% and remaining balance at check-in or by corporate credit card or virtual credit card which will be debited 100%
Cancellation Policies
Full refund of the amount paid, based on the following criteria:
For reservations with stays between: May 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026 - cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 7 days before the check-in date.
For reservations with stays between: August 1, 2026 and December 10, 2026 - cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 14 days before the check-in date.
For reservations with stays between: December 11, 2026 and March 31, 2027 - cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 30 days before the check-in date.
