Cancellation Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW (Norbring Standard n 161/95 of EMBRATUR) There are many reasons why we cancel the trip. But according to Law No. 8,245 of 10/18/1991 Art. 48 to 50, we have no legal obligation to refund your money. Our intention is to provide comfort and convenience to our guests and we understand when there is no other solution but the cancellation.
