Guests can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of; Cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show. After check-in no refund.
In the case of prepaid reservations, the refund will be made with bank fees retained.
* Payment by bank deposit: Return within 10 (ten) business days.
** Payment by credit card: Payment refund within 10 (ten) business days, credit display varies according to the card's expiration date.
This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator used.

From 22 / Apr / 2020 to 31 / Jul / 2020; 1 / Sep / 2020 to Dec / 23/2020: 1 night penalty for cancellation 3 days prior to passenger entry and / or NO SHOW. The operator must inform flight or fail to warn in the reservation in the case of clients arriving at the estimated hotel first day of the day after the planned date as IN in order to protect the room and not be considered NOT SHOW.
