Deposit / Guarantee Policies
1) In cases of reservations where the payment option is credit card, the charge will be made at the time of booking, observing the legal confidentiality of data and in the form chosen from the available possibilities.
2) In cases of reservations where the payment option is via bank deposit, after making the reservation, bank details will be provided for depositing 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid at check-in.
3) If payment of the reservation deposit is not made within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment it is made, it is at the discretion of the inn whether or not to cancel the reservation. In this situation, please contact our reservation center for possible flexibility.
4°) After making partial or total payment for the reservation via bank deposit, it is essential to send the receipt to the reservation center so that the reservation can be guaranteed.
5th) Only upon completion of partial or total payment of the reservation will the contracting of the services listed above be formalized, regardless of the signing of the contract.
6°) At check-in, it is essential to present proof of payment for the reservation in cases of reservations made directly with the inn and not through other channels, this is for the bank deposit payment method.
7º) Any residual payment of the total contracted amount must be made at check-in.
8) If the credit card system at the hotel is inoperative, payment must be made in cash, transfer or check.
9°) the daily rates correspond to two people, and additional companions not informed will be charged according to the rate table.
10) The contracted values remain unchanged regardless of possible future changes in tariffs depending on market demand.
11) In the case of national operators, the charge will be made through invoicing and/or virtual credit card, however credit card details are necessary to guarantee the reservation.
12°) In the case of international operators, charges will be made via credit card.
Cancellation Policies
1st) Reservations made, where subsequent contact with the guest for payment/other purposes is not possible, whether for any reason (wrong telephone number or no answer/return, invalid credit card details, wrong email or no response, among others), will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any possible questioning.
2) Failure of the customer to arrive at the inn at the established check-in time and in the absence of any prior communication will result in the cancellation of their reservation after 12 hours of the agreed check-in time without the right to a refund of payments made.
3rd) If the client cancels the reservation for the contracted period, it will result in a penalty of 30% of the contracted amount, when this occurs more than 14 days before check-in. .
4th) Reservation cancellations between 2 and 14 days prior to check in will incur a penalty of 50% of the total contracted amount.
5th) Reservation cancellations less than 2 days prior to check in will result in a penalty of 100% of the contracted amount.
5th) Non-attendance implies the obligation to pay 100% of the total contracted amount.
6°) In the case of partial withdrawal of all the contracted days, with the client already staying at the inn, no refund will be given, nor will the amounts previously paid be deducted.
Due to this paragraph, the remaining payment in full will be required upon check-in at the inn.
General Policy
1°) The guest declares to be aware of and agree with the Cancellation Policies, Deposit and Guarantee Policies, Fees and General Conditions for Children.
2nd) Check-in starts at 2:00 pm and check-out takes place at 12:00 pm, and any guest remaining in the chalet after check-out time will incur an additional daily charge.
NOTE: 1-Tolerance of 3 (three) hours at check out will be possible as long as there is no scheduled entry into the chalet and duly authorized by the inn.
2- Staying longer than the tolerated 3 (three) hours, when possible, will result in an additional half-day charge up to 6 (six) hours after the agreed period and a daily charge when longer than 6 (six) hours.
3-Additional stays must always be consulted in advance and duly authorized by the hotel in case of availability.
3°) Guest reception hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday until 22:00 / Friday until 0:00 / Saturday until 23:00 / the day before a public holiday until 0:00 / holidays and public holidays until 23:00
4th) The Law of Silence must be observed from 10 pm to 8 am so as not to disturb other guests.
5th) Smoking is not permitted indoors, including chalets.
6) We are not responsible for valuables left in the chalet. Use the safe at reception or in the chalet when available.
7°) Pets are not allowed.
8°) In Honeymoon Packages, it is necessary to present the Marriage Certificate or similar at check-in to be entitled to the respective courtesies offered.
9) Damage caused to the chalet in general, which is not considered natural wear and tear, must be compensated by the guest, according to the product price list.
