Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of the reservation or change of dates will be subject to administration fees, according to the conditions described below, in accordance with the General Tourism Law Art.20 7381/2010.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLICABLE FOR THIS RESERVATION: NON-REFUNDABLE.
Withdrawal without cancellation (no show)
Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a no-show (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. There will be no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
Withdrawal after entry
Canceling the stay after arrival, as well as early departure, mainly due to force majeure (e.g. climate change) will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of the amount pay for the accommodation package or daily rate.
