Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Upon confirmation of the reservation is required that within 48 hours will be made the deposit of the total amount of accommodation. We ask that as soon as the banking is done send us the proof by e-mail: [email protected] If the payment is not identified within the established deadline the reservation will be automatically subject to cancellation without prior notice. We consider period of high season the months of: January, February, July, December and Holidays and commemorative dates.

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of the total amount for the first night must be made within 48 hours.

If payment is not identified within the established deadline, the reservation will automatically be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Not refundable.

Reservations canceled during periods considered to be mid-season must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 10 days in advance of check-in.

Escrowed reservations that are canceled within less than 10 DAYS will be charged the amount of the 1st night. In other words, in cases of cancellation request or non-attendance of the guest on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night paid in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations. The periods considered low and medium season are the months of September, October and November.
