Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Upon confirmation of the reservation is required that within 48 hours will be made the deposit of the total amount of accommodation. We ask that as soon as the banking is done send us the proof by e-mail: [email protected] If the payment is not identified within the established deadline the reservation will be automatically subject to cancellation without prior notice. We consider period of high season the months of: January, February, July, December and Holidays and commemorative dates.

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of the total amount for the first night must be made within 48 hours.

If payment is not identified within the established deadline, the reservation will automatically be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations canceled between February and April must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 15 days in advance of check-in.

Escrowed reservations that are canceled within less than 15 DAYS will be charged the full price of the accommodation. In other words, in cases of a cancellation request or a guest not showing up on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of your reservation in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations.

Reservations canceled during periods considered to be low season must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 5 days prior to check-in.

Escrowed reservations that are canceled within less than 0 DAYS will be charged the amount of the 1st night. In other words, in cases of a cancellation request or a guest not showing up on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night paid in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations.

Reservations canceled during periods considered Low and Medium season must follow the following guidelines: Cancellations free of charge up to 07 days prior to check in. Guaranteed bookings that are canceled less than 07 DAYS will be charged the first day. That is, in case of request of cancellation or non-attendance of the guest on his / her check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night paid in advance, with no possibility of use of the value for future accommodations. The periods considered low and medium season are March, April, May, June, August, September, October and November.

Reservations canceled in December must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 15 days in advance of check-in.

Canceled reservations for the New Year's Eve period must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 30 days in advance of check-in.

In other words, in cases of a cancellation request or a guest not showing up on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of your reservation in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations.

Free cancellations up to 20 days in advance of check-in.
