Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
GUARANTEE POLICY
Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation. Half of the full amount of the reservation will be charged from your credit card.
Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation/change up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation outside this period, a fine of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
• For reservations of only one night, the fine for cancellation/change outside the free period is 100% of the reservation value.
• In case of No Show, a fine of 50% of the total reservation value for reservations with more than one night.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, no refund will be made.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation. In case of withdrawal while staying, there will be no refund of any value.
