Advance payment of the total daily rate at the time of booking. If cancelled up to 20 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be refunded, minus administrative fees. After this period, the total amount paid will be charged as a fine.
On other dates:
Up to 5 days before check-in, the 50% advance can be credited. (during high season periods - Natal Luz, Christmas, New Year's Eve, July, Film Festival and Public Holidays, etc. - 20 days in advance), or we can return it minus bank fees.
One day before or on the day of check-in, if the Bungalow is sold in the same period and in the same category, the 50% advance can be kept as a credit or we can refund it, minus bank fees, if the advance has been paid via credit card, the card fee will also be deducted; if the amount was paid in installments, the refund will be made one day after the due date, respecting the number of installments; If it is not sold, we will not refund the advance.
The credit is valid for one year from the date of the cancellation request. And it can only be used once.
