Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION AND/OR AMENDMENT POLICY.
Valid for all periods of the year: Cancellation and changes deadline: up to 45 days before the Check-in date, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% for administrative service fees and any additional bank fees for reimbursement of the value.
Less than 45 days before the check-in date, 20% of the amount paid will be deducted.
Less than 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid will be deducted.
Less than 15 days before the check-in date, at the show or during accommodation, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

NEW YEAR'S EVE, CARNIVAL, EASTER AND OTHER BRAZILIAN HOLIDAYS: The total price of the package will be charged to guarantee the reservation, complying with the same deadlines as the cancellation policy for other dates.
