Rates include breakfast, served from 7 am to 10:30 am in the lobby bar. We charge a 10% service fee for the consumption of food and drinks. Package is NON-refundable. For non-registered agencies or operators, payment must be 50% in advance and the remaining balance 7 (seven) days before check in. For registered agencies and operators, we invoice for 30 days upon presentation of an invoice. In the case of NO SHOW, the full price of the package will be charged.
On other dates:
For non-registered agencies or operators, payment must be 50% of the total amount in advance and the remaining balance 72 hours before check-in.
**For registered agencies or operators, payment can be invoiced 30 days upon registration with the Portobello group.**
Cancellation Policies
In compliance with consumer protection laws, the deadline for canceling a reservation free of charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation has been made. *
*We emphasize that the period of seven (07) days will be respected as long as entry into the Pousada is scheduled for a date after this period.
