Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS DURING WEEKENDS AND WEEKENDS
Up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of accommodation, the guest will have credit (accommodation) for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.
Less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation), except when occupied by a third party for the same period, transferring the amount paid for future use within a maximum period of 90 days and excluding holidays, counting from the date of non-check-in.

CANCELLATION OF PACKAGES ON LONG HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in credit for accommodation, as long as communication is made up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of accommodation. The customer will receive credit (accommodation) for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the accommodation date, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation).
Any outstanding Credit must be used within 90 (ninety) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
The entire outstanding balance of the contracted package must be paid at check in.
Staying at the inn on the day the reservation ends after 12:00 (noon) will only be possible if there is availability and with payment of half a day.
