1. Payment methods:

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 6/1/2025 - 8/31/2025

From June to August, the deadline for cancellation is 15 days prior to check in, after this period 50% of the stay will be charged (there will be no refund or credit).

Policy applicable on dates: 12/29/2025 - 1/1/2026

During the New Year's Eve period, the deadline for cancellation is 30 days prior to check in, after this period 100% of the stay will be charged (there will be no refund or credit).

On other dates:

Daily cancellation policy: for guaranteed reservations, cancellation can be made free of charge up to 48 hours in advance from the guest's arrival date (for low season periods) and 720 hours (30 days) in advance from of the guest's arrival date (for high season periods). Outside this period, they will be subject to a charge for the first night in low season and for the entire period in high season.

Apartment reservations with a NO SHOW guarantee will be guaranteed for up to 24 hours from check-in time. If the guest does not show up by this date, a NO SHOW fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged for each apartment booked.

Reservations without a NO SHOW guarantee will be automatically canceled after 6:00 pm on the check in date.
