Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged with no right to refund.
On other dates:
Those who have credit released by operators, agencies and companies will be able to invoice, and those who do not have card details for payment.
Reservations confirmed by OTAs require credit card details to guarantee the reservation. Payment is made directly at check-in.
We work with all credit cards.
Cancellation Policies
Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
On other dates:Cancellation can be made up to 72 hours before the check-in date without charge. Reservations that are not canceled by the established time will be charged one night. In periods of high occupancy, no show charges are charged in full.
