Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount at the time of purchase. In case of non-payment or delay, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
This reservation cannot be changed dates and/or canceled free of charge. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Unless canceled within 7 days of purchasing the reservation, in this case any amount paid for the same reservation will be refunded.
