Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The customer must pay 50% of the total reservation amount at the time of purchase, with the balance of 50% of the total amount to be paid upon check-in at the hotel. In case of non-payment or delay, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
The Guest may cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date at no cost. In case of cancellations within less than 7 calendar days, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a fine.
