Payment of 100% of the total amount of the reserved package via bank deposit or PIX

The reservation is only guaranteed after confirmation of payment for the package.

Proof of payment must be sent to the email address: [email protected]. Payment is due within two hours of requesting the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

MID SEASON (February, July and Long Holidays)

Cancellation of a reservation up to 21 (twenty-one) days before check-in will be free of charge.

If you cancel your reservation up to 15 (fifteen) days before check-in, you will be charged a compensatory fee equivalent to 1 day (one night) of the total package contracted. A letter of credit will be issued for the excess amount in favor of the reservation holder, for use in accommodation. The letter of credit will be valid for 1 year (one year).

Cancellation of a reservation after the period set out above, as well as in cases of No Show, will be charged a compensatory fee equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total contracted package. A letter of credit will be issued for the excess amount in favor of the reservation holder, for use in accommodation. The letter of credit will be valid for 1 year (one year).

If during the stay it is necessary to change or cancel part of the contracted package, a compensatory fee equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the changed or canceled period will be charged. Special Periods (CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, JANUARY and CARNIVAL)
