Cancellation Policies
MID SEASON (February, July and Long Holidays)
Cancellation of a reservation up to 21 (twenty-one) days before check-in will be free of charge.
If you cancel your reservation up to 15 (fifteen) days before check-in, you will be charged a compensatory fee equivalent to 1 day (one night) of the total package contracted. A letter of credit will be issued for the excess amount in favor of the reservation holder, for use in accommodation. The letter of credit will be valid for 1 year (one year).
Cancellation of a reservation after the period set out above, as well as in cases of No Show, will be charged a compensatory fee equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total contracted package. A letter of credit will be issued for the excess amount in favor of the reservation holder, for use in accommodation. The letter of credit will be valid for 1 year (one year).
If during the stay it is necessary to change or cancel part of the contracted package, a compensatory fee equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the changed or canceled period will be charged. A letter of credit will be issued for the excess amount in favor of the reservation holder, for use in accommodation. The letter of credit will be valid for 1 (one) year.
Special Periods (CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, JANUARY and CARNIVAL)
Cancellation of a reservation up to 30 (thirty) days before check-in will be free of charge.
