Deposit / Guarantee Policies

You will be charged 100% of the amount by credit card or wire transfer in advance when checking in.
If the customer chooses to pay by bank deposit or electronic transfer, he will send the receipt within 48 hours after the purchase to the email: [email protected]
The Pousada reserves or is entitled to charge 100% of the accommodation through the registered credit card.
Up to 10 days after purchase, a hostel will charge 100% of the reservation amount.
If the customer cannot compare with the local accommodation, for reasons of force majeure, a Pousada can be contacted to change a new period, except as seasons mentioned below.
Accept a pandemic, in case you cannot compare the place of accommodation, or the customer can contact the Pousada, and inform the change of your accommodation, to be enjoyed until 01.12.2021, except holidays, high season, events and June 2021.

Cancellation Policies

Not refundable.
According to the consumer law, the customer will have up to 10 days after purchase to cancel and request a 100% refund.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (after 10 days of purchase), the customer may change the hosting date only once, not covering the periods of high season, holidays, high season and June 2021, so that they have full coverage of the amount made.
The reservation can be enjoyed until 01.12.2021 with the exception of the periods mentioned above, so as not to generate costs to the customer.
No-show, as well as non-attendance at the place of accommodation, will be characterized as abandonment of the same, with no refund of the amount made.
Due to the pandemic, if they are unable to attend the place of accommodation, the customer may change the reservation to be used until 12/01/12 except for the periods mentioned above.
Early check-outs are characterized as abandonment of accommodation, therefore, there will be no refund of the amount made.
