High season, holidays and packages - Prepayment in full up to 30 days before check-in. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
High season, holidays and packages - If you have authorized billing, reservations canceled less than 30 days from the check-in date will be billed as a confirmed reservation at a cost of 100% of the full reservation price.
Low season excluding holidays - Full prepayment up to 15 days before check-in. Reservations canceled less than 15 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the amount paid.

National and regional holidays
New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter, Corpus Christi, Tiradentes, Nossa Senhora de Aparecida, All Souls' Day, Proclamation of the Republic, Independence, Black Consciousness, São Jorge and other recognized holidays that are not listed.
We do not accept payment by credit card if the holder is not the guest.
FORCE MAJEURE
Vila do Mar reserves the right to cancel reservations for reasons of Force Majeure (e.g. Government Restrictions), including during the stay. In these cases, a 'letter of credit' will be issued for the value of the unused daily rates, with no refunds of amounts already paid.
Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate
Cancellation is not permitted.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Upon receipt of payment confirming a reservation, VILA DO MAR does not make refunds. In case of cancellation or change of reservation a rule is applied according to the formula below and any payment is available as a credit to be used to cover nights for another reservation within 180 days from the original arrival date, subject to availability. If the credit is not used within this 180-day period, it is automatically cancelled.
EARLY DEPARTURE/NO SHOW: There will be no refunds or credits in the case of early departure or No Show at any station.
High season/holidays
• Cancellation requested up to 30 days prior to the original check-in date: Credit will be granted for the amount paid
• Cancellation requested less than 29 days prior to the original check-in date: The total amount of the reservation will be charged, without credit.
Low season - Excluding holidays
• Cancellation requested up to 15 days prior to the original check-in date: Credit will be granted for the amount paid.

Parking:
The Vila do Mar guesthouse does not have its own parking. For the best convenience of our guests, we have partnered with the Eco Park parking lot, which is 600 meters from the inn, at a price of R$20.00 per day, open 24 hours. If you wish to reserve, please inform your reservation and we will charge you accordingly.
60 meters away, there are two parking lots with prices between R$20.00 and R$30.00 for 6 hours.
There are other parking options nearby.
Parking is permitted on the street, in the blue spaces, at a price of R$3.50 per hour.
The inn has stairs in the middle of the garden to access the reception and rooms, not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.
