Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepayment of 50% of the total reservation or the total amount paid in up to 4 installments over R$1,200.00 upon confirmation.
We accept all credit cards.
We do not accept payment by credit card if the holder is not the guest.
Pre payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies
Refundable rate.
50% prepayment at the time of booking.
Cancellation or change of reservation:
*Refundable*: allows you to cancel your reservation up to 21 days before the check-in date, with a refund of the amount paid or a credit card to be used in a future period within 180 days from the original reservation date (except holidays, New Year's Eve, Carnival and high season, in the months of January and February).
The new reservation must be made directly with the reception, via email: [email protected] and will be accepted subject to availability at the hotel. You can only reschedule the new reservation once.
After 180 days from the original check-in date, the credit will be automatically canceled.
EARLY DEPARTURE AND NO SHOW
Early departures or no-shows on the check-in date will result in the full amount paid for the reservation being charged, with no refund or credit for daily rates.
