Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation, you will be charged within 24 hours after making the reservation, 100% of the total stay and also the service fee of 10% and tourism tax of R$ 2.44 per night .
Cancellation Policies
LOW SEASON
FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER HOLIDAYS ARE CONSIDERED HIGH SEASON
HIGH SEASON
HOLIDAYS, JUNE, JULY, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER
Requests to cancel or change a reservation must only be made in writing via email or WhatsApp (54) 3286 1057.
Reservations for the LOW SEASON period can be changed or canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
Reservations for the LOW SEASON period can be changed or canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
If payment for any reservation was made more than one month ago via credit card, 3% of the total reservation value will be charged to cover the payment of the credit card fee. This is valid for both high and low season.
ON SHOW
Failure of the guest to check-in on the date stipulated in the contract, from 12 noon on the following day, will result in the total loss of the amount already paid, as well as immediate cancellation of the entire period.
CANCELLATION OF STAY
Canceling your stay upon arrival or after check-in at the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY RATES. You will be charged the TOTAL value of the daily rates for the previously booked period, according to the contract.
For package periods or holidays, the hotel works with a minimum contracted daily rate, and the number of daily rates cannot be reduced. In case of early check-out, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED NIGHTS.
