Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
At the hotel's discretion:
1) To guarantee the reservation, we may make a pre-authorization of the amount. This pre-authorization may occur from the time of the reservation until check-in.
2) For accommodations during high season periods: from December 15th to April 15th, the hotel may charge the amount immediately after the reservation is made.
3) Submission of invalid cards may result in cancellation of the reservation.
4) Reservations will be charged according to the cancellation and no-show policy in effect for the period.
5) Non-refundable reservations may be charged immediately after the reservation is made.
6) The passenger must present a valid credit card at the time of the reservation.
7) The passenger must present a valid credit card that can be used in Brazil at the time of check-in.

9) We do not accept deposits via ATM less than 7 days before check-in.
10) The hotel charges a R$3.50 tourism tax per day per room.
11) Attention tour operators and agents -> Pousada Águas Claras does not accept group reservations for more than 3 rooms for the same period made online. For group reservations, please contact [email protected] - Reservations for groups of more than 3 rooms for the same period, even if made separately, will not be accepted.
12) Reservations on a pre-payment basis may be charged immediately after the reservation request. Failure to pay will cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
2/28/2025 - 3/4/2025
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in.
From the twenty-ninth day in advance, 50% of the reservation value will be charged.
From the fifteenth day in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the reservation value.
For early departure of long holiday packages, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
We do not accept group reservations of more than 3 rooms for the same period through online channels. This type of reservation request will only be analyzed by request via email to the address

Reservations with this feature will be automatically canceled.
