1. Full payment must be made immediately after confirming the requested services. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period will allow TOCA DA CORUJA to cancel the confirmed services.
2. When paying for the reservation via bank deposit, the operator/agency/guest must inform the Contractor of the completion and identification of said deposit, sending the respective payment receipt, via email [email protected].
3. Failure to send proof of deposit to the email provided above will allow TOCA DA CORUJA to cancel the confirmed services.

- Up to 7 days after purchase: 100% refund of the amount paid (does not apply to purchases made in person at the inn).

1. SPECIFIC CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1.1. CANCELLATION – Cancellation is understood as the withdrawal from the trip and/or the contracted service, as well as the alteration of dates.

1.2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS – These must be made in writing (and may be made electronically) and the penalties stipulated in this contract and in current legislation will be applied according to the advance notice given to TOCA DA CORUJA.

1.3. CHANGE REQUESTS – Change requests will imply the application of the penalties stipulated in this contract and in current legislation.

1.4. CANCELLATION DEADLINES – In accordance with article... Pursuant to Article 20 of Decree No. 7.381/2010, the percentages of the penalties stipulated in this contract are fixed according to the following deadlines, and the Contracting Parties are aware of and agree to the terms established herein by the parties.

1.4.1. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS – For cancellations within 7 (seven) days of purchase, 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded, except when the purchase is made in person at the establishment itself, as provided for in Article 49 of Law No. 8.078/90.

1.4.2. Reservations made 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in – For cancellations requested in writing more than 30 days prior to check-in, the amount already paid will be refunded, less bank fees, card fees and applicable taxes (17%), except for reservations made for the periods of New Year's Eve, Christmas, Carnival, Holy Week, as well as all other national holidays.

1.4.3. For reservations made during the periods of Christmas, Carnival, Holy Week, as well as all other national holidays, cancellations requested in writing more than 60 days prior to check-in will be refunded the amount already paid, less bank fees, card fees and applicable taxes (17%). 1.4.3. For cancellations of reservations for the NEW YEAR'S period requested in writing more than 90 days prior to check-in, the amount already paid will be refunded, less bank fees, card fees, and applicable taxes (17%).

1.4.4. For cancellations of reservations (regardless of the reason) requested in writing with notice equal to or less than that stipulated in items 1.4.2 and 1.4.3, 100% of the amount already paid will be retained. There will be no refund of any kind, nor will any credit be given for use on accommodation on any other date.

1.4.5. RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN – In this case, the reservation becomes irrevocable, and no changes or cancellations are permitted, except as per the condition in item 1.4.1.

1.4.6. EARLY DEPARTURES – For departures prior to the contracted date, there will be no refund, regardless of the reason.

1.4.7. NO-SHOW – In case of guest non-attendance (no-show), without prior cancellation, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation value will be charged.

On other dates:

- Regular periods: cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will result in a full refund of the amount paid, less bank fees, card fees, and taxes (if applicable).

- Early departure: no refund, regardless of the reason.

- No-show: 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

- Up to 7 days after purchase: 100% refund of the amount paid (does not apply to purchases made in person at the inn).
