1. Full payment must be made immediately after confirming the requested services. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period will allow TOCA DA CORUJA to cancel the confirmed services.
2. When paying for the reservation via bank deposit, the operator/agency/guest must inform the Contractor of the completion and identification of said deposit, sending the respective payment receipt, via email [email protected].
3. Failure to send proof of deposit to the email provided above will allow TOCA DA CORUJA to cancel the confirmed services.

4. Our accommodations are doubles with a king size bed. For additional occupants, a fee of 30% of the reservation value per extra person will be charged.

1. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
1.1. Cancellation means the cancellation of the trip and/or contracted service, as well as change of dates.
1.2. They must be made in writing (and may be effected by electronic means) and the penalties provided in this contract and in the current legislation will be applied according to the advance with which the cancellation is communicated to TOCA DA CORUJA.
1.3. Requests for alteration will imply the application of the penalties provided for in this contract and in the current legislation.
1.4. Pursuant to art. 20 of Decree No. 7,381/2010, the percentages of the fines provided for in this agreement shall be set, in accordance with the following deadlines, and the Contractors shall be aware and in accordance with the terms hereby established by the parties.
1.4.1. For cancellations up to 07 (seven) days after the purchase, 100% of the amount already paid will be reimbursed, except when the purchase is made in person at the establishment, according to the forecast contained in art. 49, of Law No. 8078/90.
1.4.2. For the cancellation of reservations whose request has been made in writing more than 30 days before the check in, will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid, deducted bank fees for payment by deposit, if applicable and, when payment is by credit card, bank fees and taxes (17%) will be deducted, except for reservations made for the periods of NEW YEAR, CHRISTMAS, CARNIVAL, HOLY WEEK, and like all other national holidays.
1.4.3 For cancellation of reservations during periods of CHRISTMAS, CARNIVAL, HOLY WEEK, and like all other national holidays whose request has been made in writing more than 60 days before the check in, will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid, deducted bank fees for payment by deposit, if applicable and, when payment is by credit card, bank fees and taxes (17%) will be deducted. For cancellation of reservations during periods of NEW YEAR whose request has been made in writing more than 90 days before the check in, will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid, deducted bank fees for payment by deposit, if applicable and, when payment is by credit card, bank fees and taxes (17%) will be deducted.
1.4.4. For cancellations of resrevations (regardless of the reason), whose request has been made in writing at least equal to or less than that was stioulated in itens 1.4.2 and 1.4.3. 100% of the amount alreary paid will be charged. There will not be any kind of return, nor will any credit be given for use in accommodation on any other date.
1.4.5. In this case, the reservation becomes irrevocable, not allowing changes or cancellation, except for the condition of item 1.4.1.
1.4.6. For early check-outs from the contracted period, there will be no refund of the amount regardless of the reason.
1.4.7. In case of no-show, without prior cancellation, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:
