Deposit / Guarantee Policies

We charge a prepayment of the total reservation amount on the card. We pay in installments for amounts above R$600.00 (six hundred reais), only installments of the total reservation amount being accepted. Once the total daily value is paid, the reservation will be confirmed. If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Reservations Center in writing, and cancellations or changes over the phone will not be accepted. For Operators with approved registration, billing is released.

For Registered Operators with approved credit: 2 days after making the reservation, it is considered a no show guarantee. Cancellations after the deadline or no-show will result in a no-show charge for the entire period of accommodation.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 5/14/2024 - 5/29/2024

Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 24 hours before check-in.

In case of no-show ("NO SHOW"), 100% of the stay will be charged.

On other dates:

If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Reservation Center in writing, and cancellation or change over the telephone will not be accepted. Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to fees being charged in accordance with the conditions below: Change of booking date: No date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines Limits: - 30 days in advance of the entry date for low season. - 45 days in advance of the arrival date for high season. Note: Always according to the availability of places at the hotel (no changes will be made to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and holiday packages).
Cancellation: In case of cancellation at least 8 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, the guest will receive credit for new nights, which can be used within a period of up to 2 months, subject to the hotel's price list and availability. If cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, the total amount paid for the package or daily rate will be lost.
Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show": Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Cancellation after check-in: Cancellation of check-in after arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.

For Operators with Approved Credit: Cancellations will be accepted up to 15 before check in, after this date cancellations will be subject to a charge.
