Cancellation Policies
For cancellations requested up to 7 days in advance of the arrival date, the amount paid will be credited and can be used for a new reservation within 12 months. The package will be recalculated according to the current tariff for the new period chosen.
In case of no show or cancellations requested less than 6 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
Reservations made within less than 6 days of the arrival date are NOT refundable.
Cancellation of the reservation during the period of accommodation will be considered the charge for the package in its entirety.
In case of reservation with a no show guarantee, the apartment will be available until 3pm on the day following the check in date, after this time it will be available for sale.
The amount paid will not be refunded in case of no-show.
