Payment Policy and Reservation Guarantee
48 hours prior to your arrival (check-in), a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card provided at the time of booking. The card must be in the guest's name. We do not accept third-party cards.
The actual charge (sale) to the card will only be made upon check-in at the hotel.
If you wish to pay in advance, it can be made via PIX, bank deposit or transfer, or via a 100% secure credit/debit card payment link. For this option, please contact our Reservations Center by email: [email protected]
For reservations over R$5,000.00, prepayment will be required using one of the above options, as directed by our Reservations Department.
Credit Card:
The credit card used to guarantee the reservation must be in the guest's name and presented at Reception upon check-in for payment.
Cancellation Policies
Non-Refundable Policy:
This is a strictly non-refundable policy from the time of booking. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted, and the full amount of the stay will be charged, including in the event of a no-show.
The hotel may contact you to request a guarantee and/or full prepayment for the stay.
Please note that the hotel does not offer credits for future stays, regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence.
Refundable Policy – Flexible up to 24 hours before check-in:
Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in may be made without penalty. To do so, please contact the hotel directly by phone or email for instructions on the procedure.
After this period, the amount equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged, plus fees, as a penalty, in the event of a change, cancellation, or no-show.
This policy does not apply to special periods, such as holidays, major events, and special occasions (e.g., New Year's Eve, Carnival, Rock in Rio), as well as other dates that may be communicated in advance. In these cases, a strictly non-refundable policy applies from the time of booking: no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be permitted, and the full amount of the stay will be charged even in the event of a no-show. The hotel may contact you to request a guarantee and/or full prepayment of the stay.
