Payment in advance, i.e. BEFORE check-in.

If you cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before check-in, no fees will be charged.
If you cancel or change late, or in the case of a no show, you will be charged the full price of the accommodation.

- IMPORTANT: Payment by credit card only by the reservation holder, with presentation of the credit card at check in.
(In case of loss/theft, you must be notified in advance and informed and/or presented the police report).

- We do not charge service fees;
- Tourist tax is optional;
- We do not accept checks;
- Children policy: 01 free child up to 12 years old in a double apartment;
- Cribs must be requested at the time of booking;
- All apartments and common areas have free Wi-Fi internet access.
- ALL APARTMENTS ARE NON-SMOKING, FINE APPLY FOR SMOKING.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
- For the convenience of our guests and aiming for a faster check-in, avoiding crowds at reception, we ask that you send us the necessary documents in advance (RG, CPF OR CNH) to advance registration via email: [email protected] .br
It is also important to inform the reservation number in the email and the exact length of stay, if possible in the subject line.
