Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
A prepayment of 100% of the total stay will be charged, 24 hours after booking. In the event of cancellations outside the stipulated period, 100% of the amount paid as a fine will be charged. Third party credit card bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policies
A prepayment of 100% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellations after the stipulated period, it will be subject to a charge of 100% of the amount paid as a fine. Reservations must be made with the guest's own valid credit card, which may be requested at check-in; WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS WITH THIRD PARTY CARD. Reservations with third-party credit cards must be requested from our Reservation Center PAYMENT LINK, via phone (79) 3304-5117, or via WhatsApp (79) 99653-3531.
